PRIVACY

Your information,

Privacy notice for the interest form, application process and status lookup. Last updated September 29, 2026.

Who is responsible

Atlas Health Immersion is the programme venture responsible for these forms. Public intake is closed while programme arrangements and application communication are being finalized. Use the programme contact below for privacy questions.

Contact the programme team: [email protected].

What we collect

An interest form asks for your name, email, country and optional study interests or timing. An application also asks for your institution, study programme, stage of study, motivation, availability, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and privacy consent. We record consent dates, a tracking reference, application status and correspondence delivery information.

Initial forms do not request passport copies, medical information, payments or document uploads. Please do not include those details in free-text answers.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, consider a future cohort, communicate about your application and provide status lookup. A person reviews applications; the website does not score or automatically select applicants. Interest-form communication is separate from any unrelated marketing newsletter.

Hosting and email

Cloudflare hosts the website and database and provides the Turnstile abuse-prevention check. Production transactional email can use Resend once configured. These service providers process data to operate the service and may process it outside your country. Preview testing uses a separate database and simulated email; test details should be used.

Protection and retention

Application information is restricted to authorized staff. Status lookup requires an expiring email code and shows only the status and update date. Limited abuse-prevention records use a one-way identifier rather than storing an IP address in the application database. Codes expire after ten minutes and expired challenge records are removed during subsequent requests.

When intake opens, interest and application records will be kept only as needed for the request and programme administration, with a review after twelve months. Staff will handle withdrawal or deletion requests through the published contact address, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements. A retention and deletion procedure must be established before real intake opens.

Your choices

You can ask to withdraw interest, correct your details, obtain a copy or request deletion through the programme contact. Status lookup is not a public directory. No advertising cookies or analytics are included in this release; the security check and staff sign-in may use necessary storage or cookies.
